So here is an update of some things that have been going on in the past month. Still haven't gotten the Disneyland pics up on this computer, but I'll hopefully share some soon.
End of December, we celebrated Tayson's 6th Birthday. Still crazy to me that he is really 6 already. We celebrated by having a dozen five and six year olds over. What were we thinking???! It was a lot of fun though! Tayson thought it was the best birthday party ever. That's all that matters right?

It was so fun for Tayson to be able to have part of his birthday party outside. Who ever would have thought with a December birthday. The weather was wonderful, cool enough for just a jacket, so they broke the pinata outside. Tayson wanted a basketball birthday party, can you tell?

Singing happy birthday to the birthday boy. He LOVED IT!

Blowing out the candles

Then the day after his birthday, talk about a great late birthday present. SNOW! The boys were ECSTATIC!! You should have seen them. First snow in a year, and hopefully the last. :) I only got pics of the start of it, and the boys running around, and completely forgot to take pics of the few inches that actually accumulated on the ground. It started, then stopped and we thought that was all, and the boys were actually content with just having seen the snow, then it started up again and stuck for the day.

When the snow came down and stuck, Tayson and Camden went out and played in the front yard and Tayson made his very own snowman. Quite creative he is. He used a candycane from Christmas for the nose, cherrios for the mouth and a glove for the hat, oh and popsicle sticks for the arms. He is very quick to think of something that will work for any idea he has in his cute "big" head. :)

Camden got creative another day and came out to show me the face he made on his hand. He was proud of himself. :)

Camden and his two FAVORITE stuffed animals of all!!! His doggy and his bear (his uncle Regan gave it to Tayson when he was little, and Camden is now attached to it (so much that it is quite nasty from all the sleeping, hugging dragging, around he does with it). It lights up so can't be thrown in the washer unfortunately. I need to try spot cleaning it better. :) Also Tayson decided that he outgrew his doggy and blanky last summer. Camden loved his own blankie SO MUCh that it got holes and was literally falling apart, so we had to box it up (he was too attached to throwing it away) so we saved it for memories. We went to the store and he got to pick out a new blankie (a yellow one - his favorite color), but he has also adopted Tayson's blue one since it is exactly like his old green one, (Tayson was just fine with it, thank goodness). Camden requested that I take this picture of him. :)

Out of curiousity, can you guess what this picture is of? I came out to the garage a couple days ago (weather was beautiful!!!! 60 degrees) and the boys had created this. (I seriously LOVE seeing what they come up with next). They have quite the imaginations. So any guesses????

Another angle

So if you've figured it out, can you guess who Tayson is? Another hint is to count up the items in between. But count the plastic bags (one in front of the other) as one item.
Did I ever say I LOVE THESE BOYS!! They make me smile!!
Okay, I can't lie, I seriously feel like I have the happiest baby in the world!! She is the most content, happy, easy going baby ever. I LOVE HER!!! And of course I am having a BLAST with her being a girl. She has become so much more content with others holding her, including her daddy (she wasn't always this way I will admit, as far as the letting daddy or others hold her and watching mommy walk out of the room or even just having mommy in the room - she was/is definitely a mommy's girl). She is also content sitting and playing on the floor, etc while I do other things. Sorry for the long list of pictures to below, I just can't get enough of her and her smiles and especially her cute cheeks!! LOVE THEM!
Also, she is a VERY GOOD SITTER. She is so content with being stationary, and I won't complain. We figured out that she CAN roll, she just REFUSES too. If she does it on accident (which is rare) she is definitely not happy about it. She doesn't seem to want to even attempt to become mobile. However if there is anything remotely within the reach of her sitting position, she will put forth EVERY effort possible to reach the item, while still remaining stationary. It is pretty darn funny to watch. She will fold herself completely in half if needed, hands/fingers reaching as far as humanly possible past her toes, and then pull her upper body back up to the sitting position to take a breather before reaching again. :) :) :) WE LOVE HER!

I think it was Camden that decided to replace her hat when she pulled it off. He was proud of himself. She's wondering what in the world is going on.
Seriously, who wouldn't love those cheeks! and of course her big blue eyes (thanks for the reminder Melissa). I should have mentioned it before (I am just updating this post). Everywhere we go people comment on her big blue eyes. Even as a newborn she always seemed SO ALERT from literally the moment she was born because cute eyes. :)
Did I say I'm having fun with this sweet girl? I am. I know some people don't like pink, but I'm NOT one of those people, can you tell? Though she might hate it when she gets older because she is all decked out in it. :)
Our Princess! On another note, we are SO EXCITED for Brady's brother's family who just found out they are expecting their 1st girl after 4 BOYS. YAY for Carla! most of all. See how much fun you have to look forward too. Girls are so much fun! Boys are too of course, don't get me wrong.
